This service was created for the customer who is thinking about an extensive remodel or addition to their home but has not pursued plans or permits.
Using our experience and knowledge of what it takes to incorporate new construction with existing construction we work closely with you and an experienced design professional to come up with working plans for your project.
The advantages to working with us starting at the concept stage are many, but usually the most important reason is budget. Being involved at the onset allows us to identify structural and design costs upfront giving the client the opportunity to make budgetary decisions before plans are submitted.
Included in our services are researching zoning, building and design conditions and associated fees, defining engineering requirements and facilitating the permit process.
